This biography was prepared in 2007. When Frank and his wife, Dixie, moved to The Ranch in 1998, they were “delighted to find that it was such a well run and functioning organization.” Since that time, they have volunteered in many capacities in an effort to make sure that it stays that way. Frank has been active on the Community Relations Committee, the Casino Committee, and the Architectural Committee. In addition, Dixie has been active in casino issues, serves on the Summit Pointe sub-association Board, and is the delegate for Summit Point.
As a GVRCA board member, Frank has been named the Community Relations Committee Chairperson and continues his work on the Casino and Architectural Committees. He is strongly “committed to maintaining liaison with all groups and organizations which come in contact with The Ranch and to work with them to identify and acquaint them with our areas of concern.” In addition, he works with the Henderson police to make our community safer. Along with several neighbors, Frank and Dixie were instrumental in establishing a Neighborhood Watch program in Summit Point.
Frank was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He served in the USAF and is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Daniels have a combined family of four grown children and eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The vibrant, lively and yet serene quality of The Ranch from The Casino and The District to the tiny, tucked away parks and playgrounds” are what Frank and Dixie like best about living in Green Valley Ranch. They are committed to working with the community and making The Ranch the premiere place to live.
